The Portsmouth Jewels of Hope Foundation (PJHF) is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization focused on helping to make Portsmouth, Virginia a better, happier place. The purpose of PJHF is to provide public service and community outreach in the areas of economic development, educational development, international awareness and involvement, physical and mental health and social services programs for women, children, families and the elderly in Portsmouth, Virginia and surrounding areas. With the help of our partner organizations, we organize fundraisers, community-building events, and in-depth training sessions for our citizens.
